We are currently seeking a Recuiting Manager for our Tennessee Operations.  This position will lead recruiting for all hourly and salaried associates in our processing, warehouse and agriculture facilities/operations in Tennessee. The Tennessee Operations Recruiting Manager will partner with functional leaders to anticipate and meet the needs of The Pictsweet Company and to deliver the best talent to the organization. This role will lead the Tennessee Operations Recruiting Team to build and nurture relationships with our local community as well as strategic recruiting partnerships with high schools, technical schools, colleges & universities.
