The Manager, Food Safety (MFS) handles the management of the food safety systems at Pictsweet’s Clarksville production facility. The MFS is the food safety advocate for the plant, providing leadership for the system. As the on-site food safety and regulatory authority at the facility, it shares the responsibility of driving the food safety systems of the plant. The MFS develops, changes, and maintains the plant’s Food Safety Plan, SSOPs, and regulatory programs to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for the production of safe and wholesome foods.  

The Pictsweet Company is currently seeking an Agriculture Field Representative that will be based in Salinas, CA area, but will require seasonal travel to Oxnard, CA, Imperial, CA and other areas as needed. We area 4th generation family owned company established in 1945. We are a frozen vegetable producer with agricultural roots.  This position will be responsible for negotiating contracts with growers to purchase vegetable crops, coordinating field activities, and advising growers. This position will report to the plant leadership team in Santa Maria, CA. The primary crops are Spinach, Onions, Fordhooks and Brussel Sprouts.

We are seeking a Supervisor of Refrigeration and Maintenance to join our vegetable processing facilitiy in Bridgeville, DE. The supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the ammonia refrigeration system, production equipment, and boiler system.

The role will serve as the primary resource for Revenue Management and Optimization for The Pictsweet Company.  Supporting and working with the both the Retail & Foodservice Business Units, this role will optimize our revenue base for each business unit and product segment in which we participate.  Focused on List Price Revenue, Trade Spending Optimization and Demand Forecasts, this role will seek to maximize total revenue for The Pictsweet Company.   Identify, bid, & implement best system for measuring trade fund deployment & develop MDF/Promotion strategy by customer/marketing program to ensure a best-in-class return on investment (ROI).  This Team will work across...
