Overview

The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our sales and marketing teams. The Sales coordinator will work with a group of peers to provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales and Trade Marketing functions within Pictsweet.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will vary among the Sales Coordinators, but all will include to some degree responsibility for data entry, reporting and/or reconciliation within the ERP system; data entry, reporting and workflow management within the Trade Promotion Management application; and administrative and clerical support for the Sales organization.

 

Job duties will include:

  • Data entry of volume forecast into mainframe and/or Exceedra TPM.
  • Validate and process check requests; secure approval from appropriate Sales personnel.
  • Validate and clear deductions; secure approval from appropriate Sales personnel.
  • Make MDF entries to the P&L; reconcile daily reports with AP and AR entries; code check or credit bills.
  • Make other entries to the P&L as necessary for Slotting, R&A, etc.
  • Enter and maintain data within the TPM application:  authorized product listings, volume forecast, customer pricing, terms and promotions.
  • Run “what-if” analyses as requested by Sales.
  • Set up new master data in ERP and/or Exceedra:  customers, brokers, products, prices and related attributes.
  • Run and distribute as necessary monthly reports and reconciliations.
  • Serve as backup for Foodservice and Private Label for price lists, promotions, deductions and forecast entries.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales, including correspondence, samples, sales materials and supplies.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate with some college experience (preferred)
  • 1-2 years administrative support experience.
  • Special skills:  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), proven ability to learn other applications as necessary for job performance (ERP, TPM, etc.)
